A digital online platform has been developed to make the process of submitting 'Jeevan Pramaan Patra' (Life Certificate) for the pensioners and family pensioners of Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Gramin) easy, transparent, and convenient.

• Pensioners and family pensioners will not be required to visit the concerned office. By logging into the "Jeevan Pramaan Patra" portal using their registered mobile number, pensioners can submit their life certificates from home and check their current status.
• The identity of the pensioner and the verification of the life certificate can be done through Aadhaar, IRIS, video recording, or other authorized digital methods.
• Upon completion of the verification process, pensioners will be notified via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
